Shipping policy

Origin & Coverage

All orders are printed, packed, and shipped from Berlin, Germany. We ship within Germany, the European Union, and selected international destinations.

 

Order Processing

 

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 may begin processing the next business day.

  • Need it fast for a gift or event? Email us—express options may be available for an additional fee.

 

Carriers & Tracking

Orders are shipped via DHL/Deutsche Post or equivalent services. Tracking is provided whenever available and will be sent to you by email after dispatch.


Transit Times (after dispatch)

  • Germany / EU: 4–6 business days

  • International: delivery times vary by destination; most orders arrive within 7–20 business days

    Peak seasons, remote areas, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions may extend these estimates.

Shipping Costs

Orders 40 € and above ship free within Germany.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value.

Please note: For standard prints (A4 size), shipping within Germany is 3.90 €. For larger prints (A3 size) or combined orders requiring the larger shipping box (~30×20×10 cm or similar), shipping will be 5-7 € depending on size/weight. At checkout you will see the exact shipping cost. Free shipping applies for orders of 40 € or more.

We are working on improved commercial shipping agreements.

If shipping prices decrease, we may offer more free-shipping options in the future.


Duties & Taxes (International)

Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check local regulations before ordering.


Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.


Packaging & Condition on Arrival

We ship in rigid mailers or tubes with protective backing. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please photograph the package and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.


Delays & Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 10 business days beyond the estimate above, contact us and we’ll open a case with the carrier. Resolutions (replacement or refund) are handled according to the carrier’s investigation and our Refund Policy.


Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges and returns are accepted—items must be in perfect condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault.
